Cancellation policy

The cancellation policy depends on the rate chosen at booking time. Flexible rate: free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. After that, the deposit is retained. Discounted rate (non-refundable): no refund in case of cancellation, date changes or no-show. For cancellation requests please contact us directly: we'll evaluate exceptions due to force majeure.
