CIN Savoia: IT063049B4LSGRYL6J – CIN Fonseca: IT063049B458HT25FF. Booking A request sent through the website (via WhatsApp) does not constitute a confirmed booking: it is a request for availability. The booking is finalised only upon explicit confirmation by the manager and at the rates communicated at the time of confirmation. Prices, payment and tourist tax The prices shown are per night. Unless otherwise agreed, the balance of the stay is paid at check-in, in cash. A tourist tax of € 5.50 per person per night is also due (maximum 14 nights; children under 14 are exempt), payable at check-in in cash. Cancellation Cancellation conditions are set out in the Cancellation policy and depend on the rate selected. House rules and check-in Check-in and check-out times and the specific rules of each property are communicated upon confirmation of the booking. The guest agrees to comply with them and to make careful use of the spaces and furnishings. Liability The manager is not liable for any disruption due to force majeure or third parties. Any damage caused to the property will be charged to the responsible guest. Governing law and jurisdiction These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Naples.
